Haysith: Media Risks Military with Ammunition Claims
U.S. Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, expressed his concern that the media is harming the lives of American military personnel by publishing inaccurate information about U.S. weapon stockpiles, especially regarding the depletion of missile and defense missile inventories. He stated that newspapers claimed the United States had significantly exhausted its missile stockpiles during the conflict with Iran, thereby endangering the lives of soldiers, according to the Secretary’s statements. He also accused the media of bias and neglect, emphasizing that the United States needs to strike a balance between quality and quantity in its arsenals, and that it is currently working to replenish its stocks faster than ever before.
