Does the financial scandal end Guardiola’s England coaching ambitions
Journalist Bjiad reported a historic ruling against Manchester City, which ended the possibility of Guardiola coaching the English national team. It was expected that he would take the position in 2024 after a verbal agreement, but his withdrawal and renewal of his contract with City led to Tuchel's appointment instead. Bjiad believes this decision reflects the English Football Association's rejection of appointing a controversial figure similar to Guardiola, despite expectations that he might succeed Tuchel in the future. He also confirmed Guardiola’s full support for his club, despite the financial accusations against him, which has deepened the trust gap with the fans and perhaps ended his dream of working permanently with the national team, even with the appeal decision on the sanctions.
