Israeli Shelling Kills 5 Palestinians in Gaza
The Israeli army's shelling of the Gaza Strip resulted in the death of five Palestinians and injuries to others, amid ongoing Israeli airstrikes and military operations targeting various areas within the sector. Israeli aircraft carried out a series of raids on the western part of Gaza City, including demolitions in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, as well as targeted strikes using drones and artillery in the eastern and southern regions of Gaza, including Khan Yunis and Rafah. These attacks are part of the daily violations of the ceasefire signed in October 2025, which had previously resulted in the deaths of over 1,400 Palestinians and injuries to more than 5,000 before Saturday's attacks.
