Iran protests Norway over Starlink
The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially lodged a protest note with the Norwegian Ambassador regarding the continued operation of the Starlink satellite internet network within Iran without legal licenses, while accusing Oslo of neglecting to address the violation of international regulations. It confirmed that the United States and Israel are exploiting the Starlink network to carry out interfering operations targeting Iran, and called on Norway to take immediate measures to stop these activities, clarifying that the responsibility for preventing unauthorized broadcasting lies with Norway under international regulations, as it is the registered owner of the network with the International Telecommunication Union.
