Iran strengthens nuclear site defenses
High-level Iranian sources have confirmed an increase in fortification measures at nuclear facilities, aimed at reducing the likelihood of them being targeted or seized in the event of military strikes. This comes amid American threats of possible escalation regarding Iran's nuclear program. The measures reveal that Iran has relocated enriched uranium to hidden sites and reorganized facilities to strengthen their resilience, especially after analyzing and benefiting from the disassembly of some U.S. GBU-57 bombs, which have not yet been used, to enhance its defensive capabilities. Iran also has clear conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz and affirms its readiness to respond militarily if Washington targets nuclear installations. Meanwhile, the Iranian military continues to increase the range of its missile arsenal in response to the U.S. military presence in the region.
