Libya negotiates with US firm on Tobruk and Sireer refineries
The Libyan Arabian Gulf Oil Company collaborated with the American company "Blue V Energy" to develop the Tobruk and Seraa refineries, with the aim of upgrading the infrastructure of the refining sector and enhancing their operational efficiency. The discussions focused on strengthening technical cooperation and leveraging modern technologies and American expertise in the manufacturing of gas processing equipment and refinery development. This effort is part of Libya's broader goal to increase its production capacity and reduce the gap between domestic output of petroleum products and market demand, in order to support the local market and meet its fuel and petroleum product needs.
