Yemen Shoots Down Saudi Drone in Taiz
The Yemeni armed forces shot down an armed reconnaissance drone of the Turkish-made "Bayraktar Akıncı" type belonging to Saudi Arabia over Taiz Governorate while it was carrying out hostile activities. Additionally, Yemeni forces carried out ballistic missile attacks on Saudi gatherings and mobilizations at the Qa’a and Rass Al-Arah camps, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens of Saudis and the burning of weapon warehouses. They also targeted King Khalid Airport in Riyadh with a missile that hit accurately, causing disruptions to airport operations. The Yemeni forces called on global airlines to refrain from flying in Saudi airspace, citing it as a battleground for military operations.
