Explosion at UAE oil tanker gathering
An explosion occurred in the area where oil tankers gather near the United Arab Emirates in the Gulf of Oman, about 30 nautical miles east of Fujairah. Maritime sources indicated that the fire resulted from an attack targeting several ships over the past seven days, with 14 vessels attacked in the Strait of Hormuz and more than six ships warned. These incidents are among the factors contributing to the rise in oil prices, which has currently reached $102 and is expected to surpass $110 if the current situation continues.
