Moroccans mark Al-Aqsa Flood across 30+ cities
During the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood, thousands of Moroccans participated in protests across more than 30 cities, expressing support for the Palestinian people and condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza. The sit-ins were held outside mosques after Friday prayers, with participants raising Palestinian flags and the keffiyeh, and chanting slogans condemning Israeli crimes. They reaffirmed that the Palestinian cause remains deeply rooted in the Moroccan conscience and voiced their rejection of normalization with the occupation, especially in terms of elevating diplomatic relations and exchanging ambassadors. These activities are part of ongoing popular solidarity with the Palestinians and serve as a reaffirmation of their refusal to submit to pressure. It is noteworthy that the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood has brought the issue back to the forefront of global attention, supporting the stance of popular movements that emphasize the right to liberate Palestinian lands.
