Zelensky Calls on Trump to Urge Putin to Halt Attacks
Ukrainian President Zelensky asked U.S. President Trump to pressure Putin to stop the attacks on Ukraine, warning that continuing targeting of Russian energy facilities could lead to escalation. He pointed out that the rise in global prices is due to the war in the Middle East and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. He called for diplomatic steps to halt the aggression amid ongoing regional warfare and deteriorating security conditions.
