Waitkoff and Kushner delay Moscow visit on Kyiv and Europe's position
The article pertains to the postponement decided by the American envoys, Steve Wintkov and Jared Kushner, of their planned visit to Moscow, pending clarification on Kyiv and Europe's readiness to support a unified peace proposal before presenting it to Russia. The site indicated that the visit might be rescheduled after determining the level of agreement between Kyiv and Europe on the proposal, which is expected to be submitted to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The article also mentioned that Moscow welcomed the idea of meeting with the envoys if they decide to involve Ukraine in the outcomes of the American communications, and that it is not yet aware of the date of the visit. Additionally, the report referenced previous discussions in Miami—canceled before their final location—regarding a plan to end the Ukrainian conflict, amid disagreements between the United States and Ukraine over concessions, especially concerning diesel shipments and relations with Russia.
