Nassar: Hezbollah's Explosives Pose Major Threat
The Ministry of Justice affirms that the investigation into the explosive material shipment, which was transported from the Beka'a Valley to the southern suburbs, will continue independently and without interference or delays. The focus remains on uncovering the source of the explosives and the party intended to receive them. Minister Adel Nassar stated that the confiscated materials are capable of detonating an entire neighborhood, and that storing such substances in a populated area constitutes a serious crime. He called for the case to be referred to the Lebanese Judicial Council to prosecute all those involved. Additionally, he warned that the purpose of transporting these materials is unclear, and whether they are intended for internal use or other aims, their presence could lead Lebanon into new conflicts. He emphasized the necessity of keeping arms solely under state control to recover Lebanese territory and reiterated that Israel cannot be absolved from its attacks.
