Child dies amid Gaza violence
The Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian child and wounded several civilians during their ongoing shelling of the Gaza Strip, violating continuous breaches of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10. The child, Osama Ahmed Abed (4 years old), died from wounds sustained three weeks ago in a missile attack targeting the town of Zawaida, bringing the total number of child martyrs to two. Additionally, two civilians were injured in various locations, and artillery shelling targeted eastern areas of Deir Al-Balah, west of Beit Lahiya, as well as other regions subjected to bombing and artillery fire. The occupation forces also carried out explosive demolitions and infiltrations amidst ongoing gunfire from military vehicles. According to local sources, these violations have resulted in the death of 1,493 Palestinians and the injury of 5,299 others.
