Yemeni government debates Chinese tech in Houthi weapons
The Yemeni government announced that it is in talks with China regarding reports indicating that the Houthis are seeking to utilize Chinese technology for weapon manufacturing, including dual-use components. Yemeni Foreign Minister Afrah Al Zuba clarified that China has expressed its willingness to investigate these issues and has actively supported the Yemeni government. These statements come after a recent report suggesting that the Houthis are attempting to expand their capabilities in producing intermediate-range ballistic missiles, as well as enhancing their supply networks beyond Iranian influence.
