The Yemeni city of Taiz has witnessed ongoing clashes between government forces and the Houthi movement in the southern and western outskirts. Over the past 48 hours, confrontations and airstrikes have resulted in the deaths and injuries of dozens on both sides, with fighting continuing in the fronts of the Al-Sabir Al-Mradham district. Meanwhile, the Houthis launched a missile attack on the presidential palace in Aden, the first of its kind since the resumption of escalation last July. The attack struck the palace with missiles, causing smoke to rise and ambulances to enter the scene, though the Yemeni Prime Minister was unharmed.
