Netanyahu Advocates Iran Strike
The Wall Street Journal reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is aiming to resume strikes on Iran, with the Israeli military updating its list of targets in response to Iran's progress in rebuilding its infrastructure for missile and drone capabilities. Israel has provided the U.S. Department of Defense with target suggestions for potential attacks based on new intelligence. This comes amid heightened alertness within the Israeli army and a large U.S. military presence in the region, in anticipation of a possible escalation, as Israeli officials insist on the necessity of preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
