Jameel Al-Sayyid Questions Sovereignty Over Marjaa Oraal Kidnapping
The article focused on the case of the disappearance of Miraj Orel (Ali Kiyali) from Lebanon, where Deputy General Jamil al-Sayed raised serious concerns about the gravity of the issue regarding Lebanese sovereignty and the country's image. He emphasized that continued official silence could open the door to allegations directed at Syria and Turkey concerning future cases of disappearances within Lebanon, especially after Turkey announced that Syrian and Turkish intelligence agencies had detained him as part of an operation inside Lebanon. al-Sayed called on the relevant authorities to handle the matter seriously, warning that the lack of a clear official narrative deepens the crisis and threatens Lebanon's sovereignty. The details of how Orel was transferred to his holding place remain unclear, and Lebanese authorities are awaiting official clarifications to confirm the circumstances of the incident.
