Kataeb.org replies to Harat Harik Municipality
The article provides an explanation regarding a dispute between the Haret Hreik Municipality and the Southern Suburbs Union of Municipalities over the analysis of satellite images published by an Israeli website. These images show buildings that were targeted in the suburb during the war from September 27 to November 27, 2024. It clarifies that the study focused on military infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah, not on civilian targets, and that it did not accuse all buildings of being used for military purposes. The clarification emphasizes that the article is not intended to incite or undermine the civilian role of local authorities, but rather to explain the methodology of the study and to affirm that its goal is to distinguish between military infrastructure and civilian targets in the area.
