Restaurant seals secured with red wax in this area
The Deputy General in the South, Amira Shahrour, issued a decision to close the Chicken Grill restaurant in Al-Khreib village with red wax seals after a field inspection by the Southern Lebanon Health Department team. The inspection revealed the restaurant's violations of health and hygiene standards. It documented failure to maintain the necessary temperatures for storing chicken, as well as frying potatoes in wastewater and the presence of insects, all of which pose a risk to food safety. All non-compliant quantities were disposed of, and Syrian workers were detained for lacking legal work permits. The violating materials were destroyed, and the restaurant was closed.
