The office of MP Walid al-Baarini warned the public about the phone number +297 565 5646 after its owner was found contacting citizens while impersonating the office. It stressed that 71947694 is the office’s only official contact number. The office said it accepts no responsibility for calls, transactions, or documents issued through any other numbers. It added that documents not signed by the MP and bearing his official stamp are not valid, and urged citizens to exercise caution and security agencies to open an investigation and pursue the owner of the number.
