US Plans Strike on Iran
U.S. reports said the military had drawn up plans to strike Iran that could begin as early as Wednesday, November 4, with three U.S. aircraft carriers in the region and a narrow window for the operation. In Israel, shelters were opened in Karmiel and northern municipalities, while parking areas at major hospitals were converted into emergency departments. The *New York Times* also reported that Israel had shared information with Washington alleging that Iran was considering using chemical weapons. But U.S. and Gulf officials questioned the claims, and no supporting evidence was presented.
