South Lebanon saw an escalation in the evening, as Israeli warplanes carried out three airstrikes on Kfar Tebnit and further strikes on the outskirts of Baraachit and in Wadi al-Saluki toward Shaqra. Artillery shelling hit Wadi al-Hujair and several areas and towns, including Mayfadoun, Mansouri, Nabatieh al-Fawqa and Khiam, amid explosions, sweeping operations and the use of sound bombs. The movement of military vehicles toward the Zawtar al-Gharbiya reservoir was also reported, while the Lebanese army reinforced its deployment nearby.
