Hezbollah held a ceremony in the southern town of Safad al-Battikh honoring fighters Ali and Mustafa Zein al-Din. The event was attended by MP Hussein al-Hajj Hassan, local figures, and residents. Al-Hajj Hassan said the resistance would not surrender or accept the continuation of the occupation or any relinquishment of Lebanon’s sovereignty, describing the United States as a key ally of Israel. He criticized the pursuit of resistance fighters in security cases while Israeli attacks continue. He also said Washington wants a confrontation with Iran but fears its consequences, while Tehran is preparing for one and will not surrender.
