The Lebanese military court has approved the release of artist Fadel Shaker in three cases, while it is still reviewing the fourth case related to the events in Abra. The final decision is expected to be announced in the coming hours or at the beginning of next week. It is worth noting that the case dates back to the Abra events of 2013, when bloody clashes occurred between the Lebanese army and armed groups, resulting in the deaths of 18 soldiers. Fadel Shaker has been accused of supporting the armed groups.
