The late actor and director Rob Reiner appeared in a secret scene after his death during the second episode of the historical comedy series "Life, Larry, and the Pursuit of Dystopia" on the HBO Max platform, where he played the role of the first American president, George Washington. The scene discussed constitutional amendments and the prohibition against presidents remaining in power forever, and contained a subtle critique of the current president, Donald Trump, along with a critique of the misuse of power and personal insults. The scene was filmed a month before Reiner and his wife were killed and was kept secret to surprise the audience during the premiere on America's Independence Day holiday.
