Libya Africa Portfolio Gains New Acquisition

The Minister of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity, Khalifa Abd Sadik, discussed with Patrick Bouvigne, Chairman of WeSouthern Energy, ways to enhance cooperation and expand partnership in the oil and gas sector. This took place on the sidelines of First Energy, a company owned by Libya Africa Investment Portfolio, signing an agreement to acquire the assets of Total Energies in Ethiopia, as part of its investment expansion in Africa. First Energy is one of the most prominent companies within the portfolio in the energy sector; it operates in fuel distribution, manages service stations, supplies fuel to the aviation sector, and produces lubricants.
