Prosecutor targets pesticide smuggling in Tobruk

The Public Order Prosecutor's Office in Tobruk has begun investigations into the use of banned agricultural pesticides. Ten commercial establishments were inspected, and it was found that three of them trade in these substances. The court justified closing the three shops and seizing the prohibited materials, along with directing legal action against those involved in selling them. This is part of the authorities' efforts to strengthen oversight of chemical products and pesticides to protect public health and the environment.
