Confiscation of Abdel Rafie Zwetin's Accounts - Al-Sabah Newspaper

The imprisonment sentence issued against Abdel Rafiq Zwiten, the Director-General of Rouh Fas Foundation, has been overturned by the Fes Court of Appeal. Additionally, the decision to confiscate his bank accounts and seized movable assets for the benefit of the Moroccan state has been annulled, while the criminal appellate chamber upheld the seizure of his accounts due to mismanagement of the organization's affairs.
