Al Bayda Hosts Islamic Cooperation Forum
The Sixth Consultative Forum for Regional Cooperation Organizations within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Region will be held in Al Bayda on October 5 and 6. The forum is initiated by the Islamic Centre for Development of Trade (ICDT) and the Islamic Development Bank Group, in collaboration with the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The forum focuses on enhancing coordination of regional economic policies, supporting commercial and investment projects among member countries, with the aim of promoting economic integration and developing sustainable partnerships within the region. Participants include representatives from Moroccan ministries, the General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as regional and international institutions such as the Arab League and the United Nations. This event continues a series of forums that began in 2016 to strengthen economic and trade cooperation among member states.
