Manzala Residents Protest in Tangier
The residents of Douar Al-Manzala and Al-Safsafa in the villages of Al-Manzala and Sibt Azinet, within the districts of Al-Manzala and Sibt Azinet in Tangier-Asilah Province, are experiencing a state of dissatisfaction due to the delay in the construction of a road linking the area to Sibt Azinet. This comes despite the Al-Manzala Commune contributing 400,000 dirhams to the project. The situation has worsened in the absence of the mayor of Al-Manzala from a communication meeting with the residents, which further exacerbated the problem. The residents are demanding urgent intervention to end the delay and improve transportation conditions, especially during the rainy season. The delay in completing this road is one of the issues adversely affecting the residents' lives, highlighting the urgent need for the relevant authorities to expedite the project's completion.
