Prince Moulay Hassan Opens 17th Medina Horse Fair
The activities of the International Equestrian Exhibition in El Jadida continue under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, with His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presiding over the opening of the 17th edition, which runs until October 18, 2026. The exhibition highlights the synergy between traditional equestrian arts and efforts to enhance the sector's international standing, especially through major events such as the King Mohammed VI Grand Prize for Tbourida, which is considered one of Morocco's most important traditions supported by UNESCO. The exhibition features equestrian displays, competitions, cultural activities, and workshops, while also strengthening its international reputation through the awarding of a five-star classification to the Grand Prize for Tbourida, contributing to showcasing and solidifying Moroccan heritage on the global stage.
