FIFA spotlights Morocco’s 2026 World Cup plans
FIFA, the International Football Federation, highlighted the list announced by national coach Mohamed Wabhi in preparation for the 2026 World Cup. The Moroccan national team includes 26 players plus 3 reserves. There is continued confidence in nine players from the Qatar 2022 World Cup, such as Yassine Bounou and Achraf Hakimi. The squad also saw the first appearance of player Ayoub Boudhi, while Sufian Boufal was absent from the final list due to intense competition.
