Azilal bans march for end of isolation
Azaïzal authorities stopped an attempt to organize a protest march in the Tifni community, which aimed to express developmental and social demands, particularly to lift the isolation from the area. The arrangements led to the presence of relevant authorities and the implementation of the decision without clashes, and direct dialogues were opened with the protesters to foster communication. These measures come despite a rise in protests since the Ait BoukemaZ march, which shed light on issues related to access to basic services and the weak infrastructure in the rural and mountainous regions of the area.
