The Higher Council for Education and Training in Morocco has warned of the rapid spread of artificial intelligence applications within the educational system. It emphasized that these technologies are quickly surpassing legal and educational frameworks, posing a threat to the establishment of unregulated practices and increasing disparities among social groups. The council called for the urgent development of a national framework to guide the use of AI in education, with a focus on data protection, ensuring a balance between technology and education, and safeguarding the central role of teachers while updating curricula according to different educational stages.
