Ben Slimane court sentences Drari to over 10 years
The summary misdemeanor chamber at Benslimane Court sentenced three defendants in a case involving a video showing the incitement of a minor child to consume a substance suspected of being intoxicating. The first defendant was sentenced to four years in prison, the second to three and a half years, and the third to three years. The public prosecutor’s office is pursuing charges against them, with them in preventive detention, for offenses related to intentional harm, failure to assist, and recording and distributing images of a minor in a private place without his consent. The defendants were apprehended, and one of them was detained before the identity of the second brother was determined, following investigations by law enforcement agencies.
