Spanish documents have revealed an alleged plot aimed at eliminating a person who assisted the Civil Guard in discovering a tunnel used to smuggle hashish between Morocco and Ceuta. Despite the operation not being carried out, a criminal network attempted to take revenge on him. Investigations indicated that the individual received threats and incitements through social media platforms. The network contacted a person proposed to carry out the assassination in exchange for money, but he did not agree to proceed. These attempts did not reach the stage of actual execution. This case is part of broader investigations that uncovered a secret network involved in drug smuggling through tunnels.
