Oman Platform updates service fees

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion in the Sultanate of Oman has updated the fee payment mechanism for several services on the Oman Business Platform. This update allows beneficiaries to submit their applications for a nominal fee at the time of submission, with the remaining applicable fees to be paid after completing the procedures. The update includes services related to commercial registration and commercial agencies, aiming to simplify procedures, reduce steps, and enhance the user experience. These efforts are designed to improve the efficiency and quality of services and facilitate business practices. Since the beginning of the year through September 2026, approximately 963,000 transactions have been completed via the platform, and the number of new commercial registrations has exceeded 35,000. The platform continues to be developed and upgraded continuously to improve its services.
