Individual investors increase activity at Muscat Market

Last week, the Muscat Stock Exchange experienced a positive performance amidst investor optimism, with trading value increasing by 52% to 263.4 million Omani riyals. The main index rose approximately 44 points to approach 7,600 points, with 40 securities gaining in price. The market also saw a slight decline in the number of transactions by 3.6%, and the total market capitalization decreased to 39.25 billion Omani riyals. Additionally, companies such as OQ and Reem Oil announced new financing plans and capital adjustments, along with positive financial results and dividend distributions.
