His Majesty Sultan's Britain Honor Reception

The state visit undertaken by Sultan Haytham bin Tariq to the United Kingdom included an official reception ceremony at Windsor Castle, featuring a procession of historic royal carriages and the exchange of honors between the leaderships of the two countries. The carriages involved in the procession included the Irish carriage dating back to 1851, the Scottish carriage from around 1830, as well as a modern Australian carriage gifted by the Australian people in 1988, and carriages of the "Ascot Landau" model with a roof that can be opened and closed. During the ceremony, high honors were exchanged: King Charles III awarded His Majesty the Sultan the Order of the British Grand Cross, while the Sultan presented King Charles with the Order of Al Said, symbolizing the enduring historical ties between the two nations.
