Ex-Transport Minister on Omani-Britain Ties

Oman highlighted its deep historical relations with Britain, emphasizing the importance of their shared heritage in strengthening bilateral cooperation. The Sultanate also reviewed opportunities to develop capital markets within the framework of the Gulf-British strategic dialogue in London, with the joint sponsorship of Prince William and Mr. Zeyyan. Officials pointed out that Omani sailors have contributed to building bridges of communication with Britain, while the financial markets experienced stability today in gold, the pound, and the ounce, with expectations of rough seas along the coasts of Musandam, Oman, and the Arabs.
