Bilarab Leads Guard Day
His Highness Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, presided over the Royal Guard of Oman’s annual celebration, held on November 1 at the military parade ground. The ceremony featured the graduation of a class of newly recruited officers and soldiers, military displays and formations, and a parachute jump. Certificates of excellence were awarded to Second Lieutenant Saadullah Al Nabhani, top of the officers’ course, and Soldier Yusuf Al Balushi, top of the newly recruited soldiers’ course.
