National Library becomes the official National Center for Issuing ISSN for Periodicals
The Palestinian National Library has officially obtained the status of the National Center for Issuing the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). This enables it to assign and manage ISSN numbers for serial publications and ongoing resources issued in Palestine, with the aim of enhancing Palestinian intellectual production and improving the quality of bibliographic data and ease of access at both the national and international levels. An announcement regarding the application procedures and guidelines for the service will be made soon to support researchers, publishers, and institutions in implementing it.
