The Ministry of Labor has confirmed that the use of the unified electronic employment contracts in private schools and kindergartens remains valid until July 2027, with full compliance from educational institutions. The General Union of Private Education Workers also emphasized that all contracts must be registered through the electronic platform in accordance with signed collective agreements, noting that over 88,000 contracts were registered during the previous two academic years. They pointed out that the responsibility for operating and maintaining the platform lies with the Private Education Workers' Union, and that the collective agreement remains in effect until 2028, ensuring workers' rights despite judicial rulings against some of the agreements.
