Gaza Hospitals Receive 4 Martyrs

In the early hours of Thursday, September 3, 2026, Gaza witnessed the death of four people, including a child, and several others were injured during intense shootings and shelling amid an escalation of the Israeli war on the territory. Civil defense teams retrieved 55 bodies and remains from beneath the rubble of a building belonging to the Malka family in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, with estimates suggesting more than 60 bodies may be at the site. Search and rescue operations continue amid a severe shortage of equipment and limited access to the devastated areas. Since the escalation began on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has reached 73,474, along with 174,540 injuries, as operations persist due to widespread destruction of homes and facilities, worsening humanitarian conditions, and delays in burying the missing persons.
