Uphold Law and Respect Citizens
The report urges respect for citizens' rights during the national census for statistics, clarifying that the Statistics Law mandates providing data without entering homes by force. It also emphasizes that the process of collecting information requires legal consent and respect for the privacy of residences. Additionally, officials should communicate professionally to maintain trust, with a clear emphasis on data confidentiality and citizens' rights, while avoiding the use of provocative language that could harm the relationship of trust between institutions and countries.
