Occupation isolates East Ramallah after youth injury
News report about the injury of young man Ahmed Mazen Kahlah by gunfire from Israeli occupation forces during his presence between the towns of Ramon and Deir Buwan east of Ramallah, following clashes with settlers who tried to prevent him from reaching his lands to harvest olives. The incident resulted in the isolation of the eastern area of Ramallah from its surroundings through the closure of main roads and entrances, hindering the movement of citizens and impacting gathering activities, amid ongoing settler attacks coinciding with the olive-picking season, and increasing tension in the area due to widespread military deployments and the imposition of checkpoints.
