Government reports 5,474 ceasefire breaches by Israel
Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip have escalated a year after the ceasefire, with official media recording 5,147 Israeli breaches and the martyrdom of 1,421 Palestinians since then. The ongoing shelling and demolitions by the occupation continue. These actions have resulted in the killing of several martyrs and injuries among Palestinians. Palestinian factions accuse the occupation of attempting to pave the way for a new attack on Gaza’s hospitals, amid warnings that military escalation is continuing and that the humanitarian situation in the region is worsening.
