Prisoner Bashri Al-Tawal assaulted in custody
The Israeli occupation forces continue to bombard Gaza and carry out widespread military operations, resulting in the death of 28 martyrs and the injury of dozens since the beginning of the recent escalation. There are indications that the evidence suggests Israeli claims about targeting Gaza's hospitals are part of a prelude to a new assault on healthcare facilities. Additionally, the occupation has transferred prisoner Bushra Al-Tawil to solitary confinement in Ofer Prison, amid ongoing denial of medical treatment to prisoners. The deteriorating humanitarian situation in the strip raises concerns of a broader escalation.
