Settler Incidents in Makhmas, Jordan Valley, South Hebron
Settlers attacked early Wednesday morning, targeting a mosque, a vehicle, and an olive tree in the village of Makhmas, northeast of Jerusalem. They set fire to them and completely burned a vehicle as well. Additionally, settlers closed a road leading to the Yizra area in the northern Jordan Valley, stole a tent, and continued to tighten restrictions on homes in the area, threatening the stability of the Bedouin communities. In southern Hebron, settlers entered the city of Dura and attacked homes in the Abu Qweis ruins in Masafer Yatta, carried out acts of vandalism, and also assaulted a house in the eastern village of Al-Luban south of Nablus.
