Occupation Augments West Bank Arrests
In the early hours of Thursday, the West Bank witnessed a broad raid by Israeli occupation forces, including searches and arrests in several cities and towns, such as Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Jenin, Qalqilya, Salfit, and Hebron. The operations resulted in the detention of seven Palestinians in Qalqilya, among them released prisoners. The occupation forces arrested women and young men, facing resistance through confrontations, live ammunition, and sound grenades. Roads were closed, and the movement of citizens was obstructed in multiple areas. The incidents of raids, arrests, and seizure of money and vehicles repeated, amid escalating clashes and armed confrontations between Palestinians and the occupation forces.
